The basics
What Is Soursop Bitters?
Soursop bitters is a liquid herbal tonic made from the leaves of the soursop tree (also called graviola or guanábana), blended with other roots and herbs. Our 16 fl oz bottle combines 21 herbs and roots, including soursop leaf, black seed and ginger.
It has been part of family routines in Jamaica, Trinidad, Nigeria and Ghana for generations. The taste is strong and earthy, which is how you know it's the real thing.

How to Take Soursop Bitters
Most people take it first thing in the morning or around their biggest meal. Always follow the directions on your bottle.
01
Shake the bottle well
The herbs and roots settle to the bottom, so give it a good shake every time.
02
Measure the label dose
Take the amount on your label, with or after food if your stomach is sensitive. Chase it with water or a little juice.
03
Take it in courses
Finish a bottle over a few weeks, take a short break, then start your next one. Refrigerate after opening.
