How to make ogbono soup
- Cook your meat or fish with onion, salt and Maggi until tender, keeping the stock.
- Heat palm oil in a pot over low heat, add the ground ogbono and stir until it melts and dissolves (about 1 to 2 minutes).
- Gradually add the hot stock while stirring, until the soup draws.
- Add crayfish, pepper and seasoning, then simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in bitter leaf, ugwu or spinach, cook for 3 more minutes, and serve with fufu.

I bought this in Ghana 6 years ago, and was devastated that I couldn't find it anywhere in the US. Its great that I found a site that holds it. Its extremely moisturizing and silky, it makes my skin feel and smell fantastic. It has a strong coco butter scent, but it isn't pure coco butter. So if you're looking for that, this isn't the product for you. Its like a coco butter lotion.
