While all tocopherols offer excellent free radical protection, gamma tocopherol offers the highest anti-oxidant activity. This oil offers a broader range of anti-oxidant protection that d-alpha tocopherol alone.
Adding this vitamin E oil to the anhydrous (no water) oils and scrubs will protect them from rancidity and naturally extend their shelf life. Only 0.5% added will extend the shelf life of oils by approximately 6 months. For skincare benefits, a minimum of 2% to a maximum of 30% is recommended. Made in USA. M-321
