Yes. Hot & Spicy is the hotter of the two Walkerswood traditional jerk seasonings. Use less of it, or mix it with the Mild jar if you want a middle heat.

How much jerk seasoning do I use?

Do I need to refrigerate it?

Yes, keep the jar in the fridge once it is open and use a clean spoon each time.
