Neat plantain fufu flour lets you make soft, smooth plantain fufu at home in about 10 minutes, with no pounding. Stir it into hot water, fold until stretchy, and serve with egusi, okra, ogbono or light soup. One 700 g box makes several servings.

Stir the flour into boiling water and fold for 5 to 8 minutes until smooth and stretchy.
Egusi, okra, ogbono, light soup and peanut soup are all classic.
